This easy-to-make bar combines the rich flavor of Oreos and creamy white chocolate in a delightful treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 20 Oreos, finely crushed
  • ¼ cup (57g) unsalted butter, melted

Topping

  • 1 12-ounce bag (340g) white chocolate chips
  • 4 Hershey’s Cookies ‘n Cream bars, chopped
  • Remaining Oreos from package, coarsely chopped
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil for easy removal and cleanup.
  2. Prepare Crust: Finely crush 20 Oreos using a food processor. If a processor is unavailable, crush Oreos in a sealed bag with a rolling pin. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined, then firmly press this mixture into the bottom of your prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. Add Toppings: Evenly sprinkle white chocolate chips and chopped Hershey’s Cookies ‘n Cream bars over the Oreo crust. Next, coarsely chop the remaining Oreos and scatter them on top to add texture and flavor.
  4. Pour Sweetened Condensed Milk: Slowly pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the toppings. This will bind the bars together and add a luscious sweetness.
  5. Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the edges begin to develop a light golden brown color, indicating the bars are set.
  6. Cool and Serve: Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. Cooling ensures the bars hold together well and enhances flavor. Optionally, sprinkle powdered sugar on top for a decorative touch.

Notes

  • Sprinkle powdered sugar on top to dress up the bars for a festive look.
  • If you don’t have a food processor, crushing Oreos in a resealable bag with a rolling pin is a great alternative and doubles as a stress reliever.
  • You can use either regular or fat-free sweetened condensed milk depending on your preference.
  • Substitute milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips if you prefer over white chocolate chips.
