Main Ingredients
- Golden Grahams Cereal – as many pieces as desired
- Chocolate Chips – one per s’more bite (regular size)
- Mini Marshmallows – cut in half
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for gentle baking that will soften the marshmallows without burning them.
- Arrange Golden Grahams: Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Place the Golden Grahams spaced at least half an inch apart to ensure they heat evenly.
- Prepare Marshmallows: Cut mini marshmallows in half and place one half on top of each Golden Graham piece on the baking tray.
- Bake Marshmallows: Put the baking tray in the oven and bake for about 3 minutes, allowing the marshmallows to soften but not fully melt.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Remove the tray from the oven and place one chocolate chip on top of each softened marshmallow.
- Softening Chocolate: Return the tray to the oven for about 1 minute to gently soften the chocolate chips without letting them melt completely, retaining the shape.
- Top with Golden Grahams: Remove from the oven and immediately place another Golden Graham on top of each chocolate chip to complete the mini s’mores bite. Optionally, leave some open-faced for a different presentation.
