Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 68 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled (precooked bacon can be used)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or sour cream or Greek yogurt as substitute)
  • 46 jalapenos, chopped and seeds removed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion

Topping

  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray an 8×8 inch casserole dish for easy clean-up.
  2. Blend Cream Cheese: Using a mixer or blender, blend the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy for a perfect base consistency.
  3. Combine Ingredients: To the smooth cream cheese, add cooked and crumbled bacon, mayonnaise (or your chosen substitute), chopped jalapenos without seeds, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and diced green onions. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Transfer mixture: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared casserole dish to form the base of the dip.
  5. Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with butter.
  6. Add Topping: Sprinkle the cracker and cheese mixture evenly over the top of the dip base to create a crunchy, flavorful crust.
  7. Bake: Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
  8. Serve: Remove from the oven and serve warm with Ritz Crackers, Wheat Thins, or your favorite dippers. Enjoy!
