  2. Prepare Batter: Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a blender or food processor. Blend for about 1 minute until the mixture is silky smooth.
  3. Spread Batter: Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a silicone spatula to evenly spread it into a thin, uniform rectangle without leaving gaps.
  4. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the center of the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden. Oven times may vary slightly.
