S’mores Bites Recipe

Introduction

S’mores Bites are a fun and delicious twist on the classic campfire treat. These mini morsels combine a crunchy graham cracker crust, melty chocolate, and soft marshmallows, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth anytime.

A wooden plate with bark edges is raised on a short stand, placed on a white marbled surface. On the plate, there are several small round treats showing three clear layers: a rough, crumbly textured brown base, a middle layer of melted chocolate mostly covered by the top, and at the top, a toasted, slightly golden white marshmallow layer with some melting. Next to these treats, on the left side of the plate, lies a small stack of milk chocolate bars with a smooth and shiny finish. Around the plate, there are large white marshmallows resting on the white marbled surface. The background is very dark, making the plate and treats stand out sharply. Tips & Variations

  • Use flavored chocolate bars such as salted caramel or peanut butter for a fun twist.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before baking to enhance the flavors.
  • Try using mini marshmallows whole instead of halved for a puffier top.
  • Grease the mini muffin pan lightly with butter or non-stick spray to ensure easy removal.

Storage

Store leftover s’mores bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For longer storage, keep them in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat briefly in a warm oven or microwave for a few seconds if you want the gooey texture back.

How to Serve

Small s’mores cups are arranged on a wooden round tray with bark edges. Each cup has a crumbly, light brown base layer, a middle layer of melted chocolate that is dark brown and glossy, and a top layer of toasted marshmallow that is white with golden brown spots. In the background, on a white plate, there are large white marshmallows and pieces of dark brown chocolate stacked. The scene is set on a white marbled surface with some loose marshmallows around the tray. The background is dark, making the s’mores cups stand out clearly. Photo taken with an iphone --ar 4:5 --v 7
